PIP Breast Implants May Cause Claims Against Professional Indemnity Insurances or Medical - Mal Practice Insurances

It is suggested that because 'PIP' breast implants could have up to 10% failure rate, that private clinics should pick up the bill to replace these implants.

Mr Fatah the president of the British Association of plastic surgeons has suggested that the PIP implants may have a much higher chance of default than figures released by private clinics.

These should be a ethnical and moral obligation to replace the faulty implants. In any case woman who have had PIP implants may very well be putting in claims on plastic surgeons, professional indemnity insurances or their medical malpractice liability policies.
