Michael Jackson Manslaughter Case, Legal Costs & Professional Liability Insurance

With the conviction of Dr Conrad Murray of the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson the legendary pop star, the legal costs on both sides will probably be a record.

With Dr Conrad Murray awaiting sentencing which could see him serve up to four years has the chapter closed or will there be an appeal by the lawyers representing Dr Murray which of course could lead to more legal costs.

So with any Insurance companies holding insurance in a similar situation with a mega star involved could cost the providers of such insurance policies clearly particularly if they were found to be neglectful in their duties. In Dr Conrad Murrays case he has to be found criminally neglectful and should he have a Professional Liability Insurance or Medical Indemnity Insurance in place the damage and legal cost of his case would be substantial.
